Talks, workshops and organizational consulting

Your people look fine on paper. So why does it not feel that way?

The employee survey looks acceptable. The mood in meetings is good. And still, sick leave is rising, engagement is dropping, and the difficult conversations keep getting postponed. I help organisations see what the numbers do not show, and give managers the tools to act on it.

Talks

Talks on mental health in the workplace, psychological safety, difficult conversations, burnout and belonging. 60 minutes as standard, on site or online, in Swedish or English. The content is adapted to your organisation and can be followed by a workshop.

02

Workshops

For management groups and teams who want to move from insight to change. Participants practise on real situations from their own working life: the difficult conversation, the meeting where nobody says what they think, the team that has settled into a culture of silence. You leave with a shared language and concrete next steps.

03

Organizational consulting

Support for leaders and leadership teams navigating change, conflict and culture. This can be a single engagement or an ongoing collaboration over time. We always start from your reality, never from a template.

What you see is rarely the whole picture

Mental health problems are one of the most common causes of sick leave in the Swedish workplace. But long before anyone goes on sick leave, the signals have usually been there. The employee who has grown quieter. The team where nobody pushes back any more. The manager who avoids a conversation out of kindness, while the problem grows in silence.

I work with what sits beneath the surface. With many years of experience from occupational health services and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and with a clinical understanding of how people actually function under stress, I help organisations catch the signals early and build workplaces where people both feel well and perform.

Talks

All talks are delivered in Swedish and English, on site or online, and can be followed by in-depth workshops for management teams. The content is adapted to your organisation.

Mental health in the workplace

Foundational knowledge about mental health problems: how they show up in a workplace, which signals to pay attention to, and how managers and colleagues can offer support in a way that is both professional and human. Available in two versions, one for managers and one for employees.

Psychological safety and performance

Many teams that look like they are thriving are not safe, they are quiet. This talk shows the difference between comfort and safety, what the silence costs, and what managers can start noticing in their own teams by Monday morning.

Difficult conversations and the culture of silence

Most managers know exactly which conversation they are putting off. This talk shows why vagueness is never consideration, and gives concrete tools for holding direct conversations with respect, from preparation to close.

Workshops and longer engagements

A talk creates insight. A workshop changes behaviour. For management teams who want to go further, I offer in-depth workshops where participants practise on real situations from their own working life.

For organisations with broader needs I design longer engagements, for example recurring sessions for management groups or support for leadership teams going through change. We always start from your reality, never from a template.

How I work

My starting point is that the organisational and the individual belong together. A workplace does not function better than the relationships it is made of, and people do not perform better than their nervous system allows. So I work with both levels at once: the structures that shape behaviour, and the people who carry them.

I specialise in leadership development where wellbeing and performance are treated as one question, and I help leaders build workplaces people want to come to.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long is a talk?

60 minutes as standard, with time for questions afterwards. The length can be adapted to your context, for example a kickoff or a leadership day.

Can the talks be held online?

Yes. All talks are delivered on site or online and work well in both formats. They are available in Swedish and English.

What does it cost?

The price depends on format, length and whether you want to combine a talk with a workshop. Get in touch and I will come back with a quote based on your needs.

We are not sure what we need. Can we still get in touch?

Absolutely. Many of my engagements start exactly there. We have an open conversation about your situation, and then I give you an honest view of what I think would help, and what is not needed.

“We treat organisational problems as individual ones. Then we wonder why they keep coming back.”
